Vibrant Flavors Review & Giveaway CLOSED

If you're a fan of spice and enjoy a little zip in your snacks, you'll love Vibrant Flavors pretzels and dukkah.
I'll tell you about the dukkah first, because I can see the puzzled look on your face- what's dukkah?  Dukkah is an Egyptian spice blend, made with  nuts and seeds.  Vibrant Flavor's dukkah, which is high in protein, calcium, minerals and fiber, comes in five different flavors:
Zesty,   Smokey Hot,   Traditional,   Sweet,    and Coconut.

The traditional way to eat dukkah is to dip a chunk of bread into olive oil, then into the dukkah... then eat and enjoy.
I mixed a little olive oil with some balsamic vinegar, then dipped a baguette.  Yum! The crunch of the dukkah is really nice.
I decided to try dukkah as a coating for shrimp...

and we enjoyed it mixed into tuna salad.

Next I'd like to try it on pasta... drizzled with a bit of olive oil and sprinkled with dukkah. Doesn't that sound good?

Vibrant Flavors pretzels come in Maple Bacon, Barbecue, Roasted Garlic, Sweet Onion, Italian Herb, and Beerzels. Be prepared... these will knock your socks off!  No boring pretzels here.  These are super flavorful and crunchy.
These are my favorites... the Italian Herb and Maple Bacon. The pretzels are fat free and all natural.  My favorite thing about them is that they're not messy, since the flavor is in the pretzel, not in a flaky coating like some snacks have.

Win:  Chef Donna Dockins, the creator of Vibrant Flavors, has offered to send one lucky J4C Home reader 3 bags of pretzels and 2 boxes of Oregon Dukkah!

  1. I have never heard of dukkah before, but it sounds SO good. Hazelnuts and sesame seeds - thank you for introducing me to this. I can't wait to try it!
