Together Counts Sweepstakes and Twitter Party

Spring... my favorite season of the year!  The return of warm weather means my family will be spending a lot more time enjoying the outdoors. One of our favorite activities is a beach walk and a stop at the Farmer's Market.

Then our family likes to gather in the kitchen to see what we can create with our purchases. Often the result is a beautiful stir-fry.  Nothing beats our time spent together.

Across the country, families are pledging to become more active and healthy together. They're eating meals together, getting more physically active together... and Together Counts is helping them track their progress.

Together Counts is a nationwide program encouraging Energy Balance, which means balancing the calories we consume with the calories we burn.  The coalition brings together more than 195 retailers, food and beverage manufacturers, restaurants, sporting goods and insurance companies, trade associations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and professional sports organizations.
